Priyansh Arya, on the other hand, made a strong impression in the previous game against the Chennai Super Kings. The left-handed batsman struck 39 runs off just 11 balls, including three fours and four sixes. He will look to replicate the impact in the upcoming match on Monday.
Kartik Tyagi vs Shreyas Iyer
Kartik Tyagi has stood out with his energetic spells, proving to be the most dynamic bowler for the Knights this season. He has consistently bowled at a good pace and will focus on troubling Punjab captain Shreyas Iyer with well-placed short deliveries.
Shreyas Iyer, on the other hand, has been in fine touch, scoring 18 off 11 balls against the Gujarat Titans and a rapid 50 off 29 deliveries versus Chennai Super Kings. Once he gets settled at the crease, he has the potential to take control and put the three-time champions on the back foot.
Arshdeep Singh vs Finn Allen
Arshdeep Singh’s start to IPL 2026 has been below expectations, as he has gone wicketless while conceding over 40 runs in each of his two appearances against the Gujarat Titans and the Chennai Super Kings. He will be looking to bounce back strongly, especially against Finn Allen, whose aggressive approach at the top has been difficult to contain.
